A first aid kit MOLLE panel is the foundation for organizing tactical medicine where every second counts: in a vehicle, on a motorcycle, in a paramedic backpack, on a station wall or in a shelter. We make rigid 3 mm ABS panels that hold an IFAK, tourniquets, ampoule cases, bandages and hemostatic agents so they can be reached with one hand. The section includes universal IFAK panels, tear-away bases, vehicle and headrest kit mounts, medical backpack inserts and tourniquet platforms. All panels take MOLLE/PALS medical pouches, have no sharp corners and are easy to disinfect. Used by combat medics, volunteers, drivers and rescue services. For non-standard jobs there's the generator with DXF export and custom manufacturing.
