Tear-Away

The tear-away medical MOLLE panel is a two-part base: a rigid 4×6-cell panel in 3 mm ABS that straps to a backpack, vehicle or wall, and a removable panel with the kit that rips off in one motion thanks to hook-and-loop. The kit can be grabbed and carried to the casualty without taking off your gear. The rigid base stops the pouch from swinging, and the removable panel holds a standard IFAK. Built for combat medics, volunteers, evacuation drivers and anyone who wants the kit both secured and instantly accessible. Works with tear-away pouches and standard IFAKs with a hook-and-loop back. Both parts can be resized in the generator.
