Backpack Inserts

The rigid MOLLE medic backpack insert is an 8×12-cell panel in 3 mm ABS that slides into the main compartment and gives the pack a frame and a standard grid for pouches. Contents stop shifting, every pouch has its place, and the pack holds its shape and opens like a book. The panel fixes to the inner wall with hook-and-loop or straps, weighs about 350 g and has no sharp corners. Suits 30–50 L medical backpacks, rescue packs and evacuation bags. Pair it with a tear-away IFAK base and a tourniquet platform. For packs of other sizes, change the geometry in the generator.
