Cancelling an order

An order can be cancelled before production starts — the payment is refunded in full.

Goods of proper quality

Standard-size catalog panels can be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused, without mounting marks and in the original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Panels made to the buyer’s individual parameters (custom size, contour, holes, a layout changed in the generator) are not returnable if of proper quality, as they are made for a specific order. We point this out when confirming the order.

Defective goods

If a panel has a manufacturing defect or does not match the agreed size or material, we remake it free of charge or refund the money — the buyer’s choice. We pay shipping both ways.

Let us know within 14 days of receipt and attach photos.

How refunds are made

Refunds are made within 14 calendar days after the return is agreed.

Online card payment — refunded to the same card via WayForPay. Crediting depends on the issuing bank, usually 3–7 business days (up to 30 days).

Payment by invoice — transfer to the account the payment came from.
