About the project

What we are building, and why

MOLLE Generator started as a tool for a single panel. Now it is the base of an ecosystem: a panel made for your place, our own lock and holders that fit any of our panels — in a case, a vehicle, a garage or a gun room. Who is behind it

I am Serhii, a manufacturer from Dnipro, Ukraine. My company FOAM TECH UKRAINE makes foam case inserts, cases and damping systems — including for the military and services. We mill, cut and print on our own equipment.

The MOLLE panels grew out of that work: people constantly need to mount something in a case, on a car door or on a wall — and every time in a different size. So instead of one more product I built a generator: describe the place and get a panel, a file or a finished part.

The generator and the files are free. We earn on making things — and we want every panel to become the first part of a system, not a one-off purchase.

Philosophy

    A standard, not a product

    The PALS grid is the same on every panel. Any pouch with MOLLE webbing and any holder of ours fits any of our panels. Only size, shape and material change.

    The panel fits the place, not the other way round

    The place sets the size and shape: a case, a safe, a seat, a recess, an outline from a photo. The generator does the rest, we CNC-cut it.

    Open and free

    No signup, DXF, SVG and 1:1 PDF — free for your own designs. Cut it yourself or order it from us.

  4. 04

    Made by a manufacturer

    Every feature is tested on our own machines and orders. If something doesn’t cut or doesn’t hold, that’s our problem and we fix it.

  5. 05

    One order — a complete kit

    The goal: pick a place and a task (“first-aid kit and radio on the seat back”) and get the panel, holders and fixings in one order.
