Defaults follow the PALS standard — 1.5" horizontal pitch, 1" row pitch. The tool reports the bridge width between slots, which is the dimension that decides whether the panel survives.

Change the size, add handles, lightening windows or a castellated edge, then export DXF/SVG or place a cut order.
What you get
- DXF — R12, millimetres, entities split across OUTLINE / SLOTS / HOLES layers so the cut order is yours to set.
- SVG — real-world dimensions, opens in any laser software or Illustrator/Inkscape at 1:1.
- PDF — print at 100%, glue to the sheet, drill through it. A 100 mm control ruler on the page tells you instantly if the printer scaled it.
Before you cut
Check the bridge figure the tool reports. Under 5 mm in 4 mm HDPE is a panel that will crack at the slot corner within a season of vibration. Either go thicker, or accept a wider pitch and lose pouch compatibility — those are the two honest options.
