SL55 — universal 55 L protective case. A watertight, impact-resistant case made in Ukraine for transporting and storing Starlink terminals, radios, drones, optics, electronics, medical supplies and firearms. Moulded from European-made impact-resistant PPCP polypropylene with 6–7 mm walls. IP67 rated — survives 1 m immersion for 1 hour; operating range –20…+50 °C.

Construction

Four polymer (ABS) latches with padlock eyelets. EPDM gasket around the lid. Automatic pressure-equalisation valve (PBT + ePTFE) — the case opens without effort after flights and temperature swings. Hinge and latch pins in 304 stainless steel. Three handles: a centre handle for one-person carry and two side handles for two-person carry. Profiled lid and base for secure stacking.

Customisation

The inside of the lid has factory mounting points — our MOLLE panels and monitor mounts are designed around them. Standard kit: two 30 mm black foam mats; a custom foam insert for specific equipment replaces them.

The SL55 MOLLE panel is a 3 mm ABS lid insert that uses the case's factory mounting points: it doesn't reduce usable volume and stays clear of the latches and gasket. Hang pouches with flashlights, tools, magazines, a first aid kit, chargers — everything that otherwise gets lost in the foam. Works with any MOLLE/PALS pouch.
